Save Zimbabwe National Parks Ranger Maxwell Bowa from being hanged for killing a poacher

On an operation to arrest poachers, senior Zimbabwean game ranger Maxwell Bowa shot and killed suspected poacher Lenna Nkosana in the line of duty, and apparently in self-defense.

Zimbabwe is currently facing an unprecedented spike in elephant poaching, and the country’s rhino population is down to a fraction of what it once was a few decades ago, when it was home to the largest number of black rhino in Africa. The fact that a senior ranger from the Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority currently engaged in a losing battle in the Poaching War has been sentenced to be hanged smacks of possible deeper, sinister motives at play in Zimbabwe’s judicial system.

Zimbabwe has not carried out any death sentences since 2005 when armed robbers and convicted murderers Edgar Masendeke and Stephen Chidhumo were hanged. How can the Zimbabwe justice system even consider Maxwell Bowa to be on the same level as these two hardened criminals?

Please help by sending a message to Patrick Chinamasa (Zimbabwe Minister of Justice), and Saviour Kasukuwere (Zimbabwe Minister of Environment) that rangers need all the support they can get in their desperate and losing battle against poachers, and ask them to show that Zimbabwe is serious about winning the Poaching War currently raging against Africa’s priceless and endangered wildlife heritage.

Rangers should not be punished for dealing harshly with poachers!! This man should be commended for his dedication to save the animals in his charge instead. Please sign petition.

Other methods of classifying an infusion set include the material used for its built-in adhesive, optional disconnection of the needle or catheter from the tube, and the location of other connectors into the device. The availability or the requirement of an insertion device can also be used to classify infusion sets. Although inserters are not necessary for steel needles, it is recommended for Teflon cannulas. The inserter facilitates the painless and consistent placement of the needles into the subcutaneous tissue.
