On July 12 at Volga river, Ulyanovsk area, a mother elk with her two babies came to the river for a drink; this summer was extremely hot in Russia and especially hard on wild animals.
Eyewitnesses allege that some people (suspected locals or tourists) separated a baby elk from his mother, stole him away and started to beat him with bats. The baby cried but it didn’t stop the killers. The baby elk died of wounds.
The local police will not or does not want to find the killers. People suspect that the alleged killers belong to a local, wealthy group, and the police are therefore hesitant to pursue an investigation. We ask people from around the world who care about wildlife and justice to join us in this petition to Russian President Medvedev and Priemier Putin to require the Uluanovsk police to investigate, arrest, and punish the cruel killers.

This has to be some really sick walking talking human waste we have walking free. But what else is new, some poor defenseless animal is getting hurt everywhere in the world. What would humans do without animals in the world, starve to death, I really dont think so since im vegetarian and still alive and kicking and healthy, no problems, what else we be lost of course not. I sometimes think that humans do this sorta thing to get attention know that there are reallly caring people that care about animals, there is no rhyme or reason to this insanity. Why take it out on a baby elk, why didnt they cut their dick or tit off or an arm or gauge their eye out. why did they kill a baby for crying out loud. the poor mother of this baby is now motherless of her own. how cruel and malicious and evil, pure evil. this mentality is dangerous to society and sociopaths walk among us everyday. That Government is very cold and is just as guilty of animal cruelty as the one who actually did the crime. This would not fly in the US let me tell you. I just woudn’t fly. May they burn in hell.

To Whom It May Concern! I condemn any sub-human who would commit such a horrific act on a baby elk. This murderer must be caught and punished for his atrocious crime! Any one who would do such a thing to an animal would certainly do the same to a child or any defenseless victim. The eyes of the world are watching you! You must track this person down. This could easily affect your tourism dollars. I am sorry Russia has had such a horrible summer and my heart goes out to your country and your people. These kind of cruel crimes happen in every country in the world, and we must put a stop to this kind of thing immediately! I think animal abuse should be made a felony worldwide! I know that Russia is a beautiful country full of very stoic people. But now you have to find this very mentally ill person before he does something like this again. You’re right Anna, most of the Leaders of countries are total arseholes…look at the Canadian Government STILL refusing to stop the yearly massacre of thousands of baby seals, the American Government keep messing around with the hunting of their last few wolves, first they’re on the danger of extinction list, then taken off….all for the greed of the hunters (big money everywhere). Africa allows the private breeding of lions etc., just to be”hunted” and killed by the big money men (for their pathetic trophies), Englands’ new Government (the rich Conservatives), can’t wait to start fox hunting with dogs again, as it was banned by the last Labour Government….we could go on and on….but I DO believe that money and greed is behind a lot of animal cruelty, and all these dirty low lives, whether they’re rich or poor, have one thing in common…they’re ALL pure evil. I guess all we can do is sign our Petitions and keep letting people know how we feel, and when we hear of awful stories of animal cruelties, pass them on. There ARE a lot of good people out there who genuinely care deeply for animals and show them the love, kindness and compassion these beautiful, innocent creatures deserve. I just hope that all these vile pieces of scum eventually go to hell and spend all eternity being tormented and tortured.

The World seems to be going backwards instead of forwards. It’s the 21st Century yet some brain dead pieces of scum seem to think that it’s still hundreds of years ago aand they can get away with barbaric acts of evil cruelty to innocent animals. Petitions are needed to make these countries have some Animal Welfare in place, and it should become official that anyone found guilty of animal cruelty to both wild and domestic animals, will serve time in prison. If the Governments of these countries want the rest of the World to look on them as civilized, then they must start acting like it, and a pathetic excuse of “being drunk” counts for nothing, as drink doesn’t make a person evil, – they have to be evil in the first place. It’s a pity that these cowardly morons can’t be found out and named and shamed…..maybe they’ll get back what they like to dish out….personally I wish them bad luck forever!!!
