These benefits can not only be experienced by athletes, but by anyone who wants to feel and perform better in any aspect of their lives…

Someone asked me, ‘How could you get as strong as an ox without eating any meat?’ And my answer was, ‘Have you ever seen an ox eat meat?’

i saw it the the theater when they did the one day showing. it’s almost completely heath/fitness/nutrition based with a short segment on the environment & virtually zero morality/ethics which is to be expected. overall oi think it is good for what it is attempting to do (mainly counter the myth about vegans being pale, weak humans due to our deficient diet) but could really have done without the couple of thinly veiled insults about ethical vegans at the end though. it will be interesting to see the reactions when it becomes available on Netflix.

Oh, ugh, my mistake, I have not watched it. I received so much feedback about it and thought it would be an ideal way to demonstrate the health side; I saw James Cameron’s – and by extension Suzy Amis ‘s – name and did not think there would be any negative vegan commentary, but I guess they are primarily environmentally focused. Thanks for letting me know, one of yours is drafted and will be next, the VWA, a good one, thanks, Mark.
