This is horrifying. I realize that abourd transport ships they have to be close together, although I don’t agree with that. “dad” who was an inspector explained that there would be a lot of accidents were they allowed to have room to move around, especially if you get bad storms at the oceans.
However to be tied up to a winch of a tow truck isn’t on!!! I thought that animals were to be treated with respect and a tow truck certainly isn’t showing respect for a living being!
